HIGHER RIGHTS OF AUDIENCE

Swansea University School of Law is accredited to assess candidates for the Higher Rights of Audience Qualification Criminal qualification.

We offer assessments in Swansea, London and various other locations. 

The assessment takes the form of a mixture of Advocacy assessments (carried out “live” and recorded onto camera) and a written examination on evidence and procedure in the Crown Court.
